The Bible declares itself to Be the Word of God (II Timothy 3:16-17)  All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

For centuries most Christian accepts the Scriptures as the Holy Bible, and believes it to be God’s revealed written message to mankind. They believe that it is free of mistakes (inerrant), that it could not be wrong on any subject (infallible), and that its words came from God himself through specially chosen prophets (inspired), by the Holy Spirit of God.

In today’s lesson I would like to place before you some biblical facts that a lot of Christians today seems to haste in defending.  So for the next few weeks we will look at the basic teaching of the Christian faith.  My prayer is that we will defend the faith that was once delivered unto the Saints of old.  So until next week ask yourself what do it mean that the Word of God is inerrant, is infallible, and inspired?

Remember if we accomplish this correctly we will be thoroughly equipped unto every good work.  May God our heavenly Father bless you in the Name of Jesus our Lord and Savior.
