Who Will Go For Us?

Woe is “me” For I am undone. All of us at one time or another wish that we could have a vision of God’s glory likes that of Isaiah. Some of us think that the vision will purge us of all our wickedness, when in reality it creates a desire to be purged.
Isaiah was undone by the glory of God and it released him from judging others of their faults. We are able to see ourselves for the first time, and what we see leaves us undone in a good way.
It’s standing in the presence of a Holy God that we see all our righteousness as filthy rags, we may be different in our literal actions from others but not different spiritually. For none are righteous no not one, for all of us have fallen short of the glory of God. But thanks be unto God who causes us to triumph all the time when we acknowledge our sinfulness and accept His righteousness.   Then are we able to say here am I, send me.

Embracing God’s Word

Matthew 28:18 – 20 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
To receive the teaching of Christ can only be accomplished by the Spirit of God which enables us to see that obedience brings the Spirit of Christ to bear upon us.   James said that the Spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy, in other words the Holy Spirit wants to be the One to lead and guide us into the fullness of Christ. Jesus said, “All power is given unto Me, and I’m with you always.” So teaching others to observe and do is accomplished through obedience. May we be found faithful

I Timothy 1:15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance,
That Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.

So what do you think, is this a faithful saying to you personally? Last week as I was teaching Bible Study this verse of Scripture jumped off the pages toward me personally. I had to ask myself how faithful was I to that verse? The only way you can answer this question is to look at how you treat people that may live life in opposition to God’s Word. Is our first response to tell them of the wrath of God, are that Christ Jesus came to seek and to save them? The only way we will be able to allow that verse to be worthy to us is by seeing ourselves as being possibly the chief sinner. May God bless us to allow this verse to become faithful and worthy to us.

If the Lord be with us!!!

And the Angel of the Lord appeared unto him, and said unto him, “The Lord is with thee, thou mighty man of valor. And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befalleth us? And where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, did not the lord bring us up from Egypt

Have you ever found yourself in a situation that caused you to ask if the Lord be with you, then what is or why have this befallen us? I don’t know about you, but I’ve found myself in that position on several occasions, and each time the problem was not with God but with me. Just like with Gideon the answer to his question was in verse 10 where we read, And I said unto you, I Am the LORD your God; fear not the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but ye have not obeyed My voice.

How about you, does the gods frighten you, more then the presence of God?  Which god frighten you the most? Send response to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Christian Who Are You?
In John 5:24 Jesus says, Verily, verily, I saw unto you, he that heareth My Words, and believeth on Him, that sent Me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come unto condemnation, but is passed from death unto life.
Jesus says, “This is very important folks, you must hear My Words, with the intent of obeying them, by living according to what they say about our relationship with our heavenly Father.
We can only hear His Words by the Holy Spirit that dwells within us, Paul says, in I Cor.2:10-12 that we had received the Spirit which comes from God, so that we could know the deep things of God, and understand the things that lead to eternal life.
Look at the promise held out to us, we will not come unto condemnation, but will pass from death unto life. Do you live in condemnation? Have you passed from death into life?
